I'm Anna, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the owner of Wellness by NP in Sarasota, Florida.

Most people don't come to me because they're looking for hormone therapy. They come because they're tired, gaining weight despite doing "everything right," struggling with low libido, brain fog, poor recovery, or simply not feeling like themselves. Often, their lab work has raised questions that no one has taken the time to answer.

My role is to help connect the dots.

I work with women and men looking for a deeper understanding of their health, whether that's related to hormones, metabolism, testosterone levels, perimenopause/menopause, weight loss, nutrient deficiencies, or overall wellness. Every consultation includes a detailed review of symptoms, lifestyle, and laboratory findings so we can identify what may be contributing to the way you're feeling.
