NAD⁺ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide)
NAD⁺ is a critical coenzyme involved in cellular energy production, mitochondrial function, and DNA repair. NAD⁺ levels naturally decline with age and chronic stress. Support may be considered for patients experiencing fatigue, brain fog, metabolic challenges, stress, or those seeking overall longevity and wellness optimization.
Methylene Blue
Methylene blue is a well-studied compound with medical applications and emerging use at low doses for cellular and mitochondrial support. At low doses, methylene blue may help improve mitochondrial efficiency by supporting electron transport within the cell, which plays a role in energy production. For some patients, low-dose methylene blue may support mental clarity, focus, and energy, particularly in the setting of fatigue, brain fog, or metabolic stress.
Glutathione
Often referred to as the body’s “master antioxidant,” glutathione plays an important role in detoxification, immune function, and protection against oxidative stress. Support may help promote energy, resilience, immune balance, and skin health.
